SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES Responsible for performing clerical support in the daily operations and functions of Loan Operations. This position includes filing, organizing, and safekeeping of all collateral loan documents in the Collateral Vault. Open, process and distribute mail within Loan Operations. Provide support to various teams within Loan Ops with working reports, mailing letters and checks and distribution ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training; New Employee Orientation PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to climb up and down ladders. Must be able to lift file boxes that may weigh up to 30 lbs. Must be able to work in a cool, climate-controlled and confined environment for long periods of time. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is in a cubicle environment that may be loud throughout the day or within the Collateral Vault that is confined with filing systems. |
