Auxiliary Services manages a diverse portfolio of business services on the Georgia Tech campus. We strive to enhance the quality of life for our campus community by providing innovative services and operational excellence.

Job Summary

The Manager of Enterprise Services in a people leader role is responsible for leading a team of Information Technology professionals to manage and optimize enterprise systems that support the institution's operational needs. This position focuses on strategic planning, talent development, and fostering collaboration across departments to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Lead a team of systems professionals by providing direction, coaching, and ongoing support to foster a high-performance culture and professional growth.

Job Duty 2 -
Develop and implement strategic plans for enterprise systems that align with institutional goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Duty 3 -
Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation, ensuring that system operations are adequately funded and staffed to meet institutional needs.

Job Duty 4 -
Establish and enforce policies and best practices for the management and security of enterprise systems to safeguard institutional data.

Job Duty 5 -
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, recognizing achievements and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Duty 6 -
Drive cross-departmental initiatives by leveraging enterprise systems to support strategic projects that benefit the institution as a whole.

Job Duty 7 -
Present to senior leadership on the status of enterprise systems, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and future plans for enhancement.

Job Duty 8 -
Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in enterprise systems to recommend innovative solutions that advance the institution's capabilities.

Job Duty 9 -
Collaborate with other departments to assess their enterprise system needs and develop solutions that enhance their operational effectiveness.

Job Duty 10 -
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience
Six or more years of relevant experience; three or more years of supervisory experience.

Master's Degree in related discipline or equivalent.

* In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems management.

* Experience with specific access control and/or transaction enterprise systems used within the institution.

* Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
