Atlanta, GA Job Summary
The School of History and Sociology (HSOC) at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor of Sociology, Gender, and Technology. The position will begin in August 2025. We seek a candidate who can teach introductory courses in sociology, as well as courses related to gender and technology/science. The School prefers candidates who can also teach other courses related to the Minor in Women, Science, and Technology. The teaching load is two courses per semester. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students. Responsibilities

A Ph.D. in sociology, science and technology studies (STS), gender studies, or a related field at the start of the appointment. Preferred Qualifications
