General Summary of Position:

The Channel Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Channel Sales team in driving sales through third-party partnerships. This position requires strong organizational capability along with verbal and written communication skills to assist in managing partner relationships, coordinating remote site sales activities, and driving Granite's value proposition across multiple platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner Outreach:



  • Contact and engage both new and known Channel partners
  • Assist in onboarding new channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to effectively promote and sell Granite's products and services.


Sales Coordination:



  • Coordinate and track sales opportunities generated through channel partners, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to support the sales process and ensure accurate and timely communication with partners.


Program Management:



  • Assist in the execution of channel sales programs, promotions, and incentives to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and attending marketing and partner events across the Central region to support regional sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain targeted lead lists from events and marketing campaigns; ensure timely follow-up and CRM updates.


Administrative Support:



  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, training sessions, and events for the channel sales team and partners.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, partner management, or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with channel sales models and partner ecosystems is a plus.


Skills:



  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to leverage social media platforms to drive partner engagement
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
