About the Team: Join the Freight Revenue Organization - a portfolio of 188 applications including Freight Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Pricing, and Corrections. You'll be working in a 13-member collaborative team environment focused on modernizing long-standing systems to support our Enterprise business transformation. Position Summary: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer II who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys solving operational and marketing challenges using innovative software solutions. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level architecture as well as critical system enhancements with exciting growth opportunities. You will contribute to major launches, support systems in production, and develop new capabilities as part of the Freight Rating Modernization effort. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and strategic-with a passion for problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent. Minimum Experience One (1) year work experience in information technology or engineering environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
