About the team The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multi-faceted team does it all. We are a collection of designers, copywriters, strategists, PMs, and more, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work. In partnership with our SVP, Customer Marketing, you will be the creative center of defining how these stories are told through a variety of mediums and channels - from events to campaigns. In concert with Brand Creative, you will evolve the system for customer storytelling, defining the look-and-feel of everything from our photography to our artwork to our films. You will act as the bridge between Customer Marketing and Creative, ensuring that our customer storytelling is consistent and aligned to our brand in execution. You will help to craft the guidelines, structure and support resources for developing customer creative across mediums, driving consistency in output and storytelling globally. Reporting into the SVP, Global Brand & Creative, you will also manage a team of talented designers and copywriters to help execute and uphold our goal of delivering best-in-class customer storytelling. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $214,800 to $327,600. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
