The Opportunity:

The Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Field Support Service Locator Team through process improvement initiatives, project support, and in-depth analysis of cost and performance trends. This position is responsible for evaluating key performance indicators related to the Service Locator program, identifying cost drivers in underserved repair coverage areas, and providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency and agent performance. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of process enhancements, helping to drive operational excellence and overall productivity across the Field Operations team.

Responsibilities:



  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to the Service Locator process to assess cost efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current policies and processes. Propose and support the implementation of innovative, automated solutions to streamline operations.
  • Project Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to support initiatives that enhance Locator Team performance and digital transformation efforts.
  • Dashboard Management: Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards to ensure accurate and actionable performance metrics.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular status updates and data-driven insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.


Qualifications / Education / Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Digital Solutions, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, process improvement, or operations support.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams, including offshore collaboration.
  • Proficiency in data management tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with data science, programming, or business intelligence platforms is preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Korean is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 25%).


Recruiting Range
$53,000 - $63,000 USD
