Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will support FP&A Data Science initiatives. The focus of this role includes developing and delivering analysis necessary for making business decisions and providing actionable intelligence that allows senior management to better manage the business. Additional focus for this role may include interpreting data, analyzing results using various techniques and extracting information which can offer ways to improve products and business approaches thus influencing business decisions. This includes understanding and reviewing current processes and coordinating and collaborating across business and technology functions to ensure comprehensive solutions are delivered.

• Identify opportunities to provide insights through predictive and prescriptive analysis in collaboration with FP&A colleagues, the business and IT

• Collaborate with other teams to develop automation processes that enhance and streamline existing workflows.

• Collaborate with the business and FP&A colleagues to improve existing and new forecasting models

• Develop queries, dashboards, and analytical models using SQL, Power BI, and Python to provide senior leaders with the information and proactive analysis needed for informed business decisions

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.

• Intermediate knowledge/experience with BI/BW tools, Power BI, and SQL.

• Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques and programming languages (Python, PySpark).

• Familiarity with data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric) is a plus.

• Effective interaction with all levels of management.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Build effective working relationships.

• Quick learner of new systems and technology.

Hybrid Work Schedule:This role is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance two days per week. The remaining days may be worked remotely, allowing for flexibility while ensuring collaboration and support for team objectives.
