IT Senior Program Manager

Keysight is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide Data & Analytics programs that enable a data-driven culture, foster innovation through AI and advanced analytics, and create a single source of truth for decision-making. This is a strategic and execution-focused role that drives alignment across stakeholders, simplifies access to data, and ensures robust governance and measurable outcomes.

• Establish a trusted, single source of truth for KPIs.

• Build and maintain repositories for data, metrics, SQL code, and AI models.

• Define and implement scalable, business-aligned processes.

• Drive a shift toward data-informed decision-making.

• Secure leadership sponsorship and align stakeholders.

• Lead data literacy, training, and enhanced Data Stewardship efforts.

• Enforce role-based access controls and data security.

• Simplify access while ensuring compliance and governance.

• Partner with enablement and tech teams to integrate data into business systems.

• Support technology upgrades, migrations, and adoption.

• Promote cross-functional knowledge sharing and best practices.

• Define success metrics and maintain feedback loops.

• Communicate clearly and consistently across stakeholders.

• Celebrate quick wins and key milestones.

• 8-12 years of experience in program management, preferably within Data, Analytics, or AI domains.

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale programs with a strong focus on data governance, platform adoption, and stakeholder alignment.

• Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, AI/ML models, and data cataloging.

• Experience managing technology change and business process transformation.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills.

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, or similar enterprise tools.

• Exposure to data mesh, data product thinking, or modern data stack concepts.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
