JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of raw materials and chemical products.
* Safely store materials using appropriate containment, labeling, and segregation per chemical compatibility standards.
* Accurately pick, stage, and load outbound shipments according to shipping instructions and transport regulations (including DOT and HAZMAT requirements).
* Maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software.
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
* Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of hazardous materials (HAZMAT) in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies.
* Conduct routine safety inspections and participate in incident reporting, spill response, and emergency preparedness drills.
* Collaborate with the Quality and EHS teams to ensure all warehouse activities meet compliance and audit standards.
* Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
* Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma
* 1+ years of warehouse / material handling experience
* Warehousing experience
* Strong attention to detail
