Senior Manager - Marketing

Titan Machinery is seeking a strategic and driven Senior Manager - Marketing to lead high-impact campaigns and manage the day-to-day operations of our Marketing Team. This role is key to aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives across all our business segments, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and measurable results.

Lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, collaborating with internal teams and OEM partners to drive brand growth and optimize performance.
• Oversee marketing project management, prioritizing requests, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and business objectives.
• Manage and develop the creative team, providing leadership, feedback, and support for signage planning, content creation, and internship programs.
• Enhance brand presence and engagement by delivering consistent, compelling content across digital, print, in-store, and broadcast channels while upholding brand standards.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives, partnering with the Director of Marketing on budgeting, team development, and company-wide communication efforts.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business and 5 + years' work related and/or related military experience,
• 3 + years' experience managing people
• 2 + years' experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically
• Ability to establish rapport, trust, confidence, and credibility with senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple projects and keep team members on-task to hit deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in the agricultural or construction equipment industry
