The ideal candidate will assist with various IT tasks, including imaging and re-imaging PCs, user PC setups and swaps, user support across multiple levels, server maintenance, permission administration, inventory management, and Active Directory organization and naming standardization. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a range of applications and systems. Key Responsibilities: * Imaging and Re-imaging PCs: Prepare and configure new and existing PCs for deployment. * User PC Setups and Swaps: Assist with setting up new user PCs and swapping out old equipment, including data transfer. * User Support (Level 1, 2, 3): Provide technical support to users at various levels, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. * Server Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability. * Permission Administration: Manage user permissions and access rights across various systems. * Inventory Management: Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets. * Active Directory Organization and Naming Standardization: Assist in organizing and standardizing Active Directory structures and naming conventions. Applications Supported: * OneDrive * SharePoint * Office 365 * Active Directory * Azure AD/Entra ID * Teams Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Basic understanding of IT principles and practices. * Familiarity with the listed applications and systems. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
