Role Purpose:The Executive Liaison Officer serves as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the Head of Marketing.
Accountabilities:
- Strategic Advisement: Provide counsel to the Head of Marketing on a wide range of issues, including organizational strategy, business operations, and executive decision-making.
- Leadership Support: Act as a proxy for the Head of Marketing when necessary, representing the executive office in meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Oversee and drive strategic projects from inception to completion,ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.
- Communication Facilitation: Ensure clear and effective communication between the executive office and other parts of the organization, as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
- Meeting and Agenda Management: Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision-making. Plan and coordinate executive-level meetings and ensure follow up on actionable items.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the executive office, including managing staff and resources to ensure optimal performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, providing analysis and recommendations to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Significant experience in a business management role, with a proven track record of effective leadership and strategic planning.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality, capable of handling sensitive information and situations with integrity.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in the use of modern office software, project management tools, and communication
technologies.
