JOB TITLE:

Office Associate Senior - Cowboy Joe Club

JOB PURPOSE:

Provides frontline customer service and accurate reporting of all donation activity. Responsible for assisting with all functions of athletics development/Cowboy Joe Club.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides front line customer service to Cowboy Joe Club donors and prospects. Responsible for donor relations and stewardship, while providing a first-class donor experience.
  • Maintains a full understanding of Cowboy Joe Club operations and procedures. Clearly articulates both verbal and written cases for supporting annual fund, special events and key programs.
  • Maintains and updates CRM systems and all data. Directly oversees the processing of donation information and payments in Paciolan.
  • Manages donor data and CRM systems to ensure accurate database, donor information and accounting.
  • Processing of all payment plans and donations via payroll deduction and ACH.
  • Oversees all stewardship and pledge collection correspondence.
  • Provides accurate reporting to Development Officers, manages reporting for correct stewardship and benefit allocation.
  • Manages the full allocation process for Cowboy Joe Club benefits.
  • Assists with gameday responsibilities and all special events including but not limited to golf series and annual auction.
  • Assists in the planning, organization and execution of all home game hospitality activities.
  • Manages relationship between Cowboy Joe Club team and university foundation data and accounting team.
  • Assists in the coordination of all fundraising activities. Performs other duties as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director for Development & Revenue Generation and Comptroller, External Operations.
  • Understand NCAA rules and regulations as they relate to fundraising.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Associate's degree

Experience: 1 year progressively responsible work-related experience or Equivalent combination of education and experience

Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy .

On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work on campus.
