This defined retirement benefit requires 12.27% monthly contribution rate and includes a 100% employer match on Day 1 Learn more at Work With Us \| Maricopa County, AZ We Require Six months of clerical and/or customer service experience High School Diploma or GED A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis We Also Value Experience in an office setting such as filing, answering a multi-line phone, data entry, and scheduling appointments Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills Job Contributions Delivers and picks up legal materials, documents, equipment, or other items on foot at various locations in downtown Phoenix daily Files legal documents with the court Files, photocopies and scans documents and materials for placement in files and/or distribution to attorneys and staff Assembles, sorts, and/or inventories documents, files, and trial clothes Provides daily coverage for receptionist, including answering a multi-line phone, and greeting and directing guests Moves boxes, large items, and performs minor office clean-up tasks Working Conditions Most work is done in an office setting. This position requires the ability to walk 2-3 miles on a daily basis, in all weather. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. This position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and the ability to work in close proximity with others, including public contact.
