Bright Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Quality Assurance Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. The intern will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of marketing materials generated through the Nintex platform. This position involves checking the logic and program information within copy documents and proofs to support our marketing efforts.

This Hybrid role requires in-person work at our Newton, MA headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Checking: Review marketing materials generated through the Nintex platform for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Logic Verification: Ensure that the logic and program information within copy documents are correct and align with the intended marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and provide feedback on marketing materials.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality checks and provide reports on findings and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
