For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: http://www.levyrestaurants.com/who-we-are/ Job Summary Summary: The role of the Information Technology Supervisor is to respond to, identify and further support technology systems, hardware and data concerns for customer facing solutions in retail locations across Compass Group. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using third-party and in-house technologies which handle growing business needs. An ideal candidate possesses the ability and passion to independently analyze systems and technology for appropriate function, while also troubleshooting emerging issues and building safeguards against future technology concerns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Hardware maintenance, replacement, and troubleshooting. * Coordinating problem tickets with vendors to resolve vendor-specific issue * Maintain hardware/software PCI compliance. * POS system maintenance. * Post menus on all kiosks and POS systems. * Add/remove products for sale. * Manage transaction types and discounts. * Manage POS-use access (Cashiers, managers, assign cards). * Manage back-end data access (various levels, restrict access as necessary to maintain data accuracy). QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience as Field Technology Support or Systems Administrator. * Knowledge of IT systems. * Strong knowledge of POS systems and design solutions. * Knowledge of networking and operating systems. * Detail oriented. * Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. * Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines with analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Reacts to break/fix situations promptly and efficiently. * Flexible during times of change.
