Head of Application Security Delivery

Head of Application Security Delivery (Las Vegas, NV) Design and implement new service solutions for customers, identify new expansion opportunities, perform analysis of return of investment (ROI), manage, pipeline, monitor customer service satisfaction; perform enablement of sales personnel on the services provided by the managed services; manage the global services delivery team, coordinate a worldwide team of application security architects, project and development managers, develop standards and documentation to drive increase of quality delivery and improve scalability of the service; assist in the expansion of the business worldwide especially in the North American Region; hire and train new members; plan and lead activities with customers via email, online meetings, telephone calls and onsite visits to ensure customer satisfaction with the company’s services and solutions; understand and document customer requests, needs, requirements, escalations and coordinate with product management, R & D and support teams; assisting in presale activities through demonstrations as necessary. Supervise Information Security Analysts, Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers, and other Computer application workers. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering + 5 years of development experience in any programming language, Security Certifications: CISSP, CSSLP, CEH OSCP, 10% Domestic Travel within the United States & Territories, 5% International Travel. $173,555.00 to $230,000.00 pr yr.
