Summary: The Children's Surgery Program Coordinator will provide support and guidance to applicant centers, reviewers, and program staff regarding all aspects of the verification process for the Children's Surgery Verification Program. Responsibilities include interacting with customers, reviewer volunteers, program leadership, and in-house staff through verbal and written communications to guide applicant centers through every step of the application process; from initial application to full verification and maintenance of verification. Responsibilities will also include customer support, program announcements and updates, coordination of committee meetings and communication for committees. This exempt position will report to the Children's Surgery Program Manager in the Division of Research and Optimal Patient Care. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote. *Please submit a cover letter as a writing sample* The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000 (commensurate with related experience).
