Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a candidate experienced in Property Accountability to support the Program Manager for Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) as a Property Accountability Specialist. You will oversee all Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP), ensure compliance with DoD and Army regulations, and manage the lifecycle of all accountable equipment.

Duties/ Responsibilities



  • Maintain accountability and custody of all Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP) issued under the task order.
  • Perform 100% initial inventory upon receipt of equipment and sign DD-1149 transfer documentation for property acceptance.
  • Conduct 10% monthly inventories of general equipment and 100% monthly inventories of sensitive items in accordance with AR 735-5.
  • Track and manage equipment using the PIEE GFP Module; ensure accurate and current chain of custody records.
  • Ensure timely reporting of lost, stolen, or damaged property within three days of discovery, IAW FAR 52.245-1 and AR 735-5.
  • Prepare and submit GFP status reports in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) A007.
  • Support joint inventory operations during Phase-In/Phase-Out periods to facilitate property custody transition from Government to Contractor.
  • Complying with all property control procedures, ensuring equipment is safeguarded, accurately documented, and returned at contract completion.
  • Provide administrative support including SharePoint updates, correspondence tracking per AR 25-50, and inventory documentation control.
  • Coordinate with PM PNT leadership and staff to support transition planning, scheduling, and logistical support tasks.


Required Skills/Abilities



  • Ability to manage the full lifecycle of Government Furnished Property using PIEE GFP module and DD-1149.
  • Skill in performing 100% inventories at receipt and monthly 10% spot checks; 100% monthly inventory of sensitive items per AR 735-5.
  • Knowledge of reporting requirements in accordance with AR 735-5 and FAR 52.245-1 within a 3-day notification window.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of custody transfers and ensure proper documentation.
  • Understanding of AR 735-5, FAR 52.245-1, DFARS 252.245-7002, and applicable CDRLs (e.g., A007).
  • Experience developing and executing Phase-In/Phase-Out Plans (CDRLs A008 & A009).
  • Experience leading or participating in joint inventories during transition phases to ensure accurate property accountability.
  • Ability to review/edit documents in compliance with AR 25-50 and ensure timely updates on SharePoint.
  • Competence in tracking and ordering office supplies to support mission operations.
  • U.S Citizenship required


Nice to Have Skills



  • Experience with Asset Management Systems beyond PIEE (e.g., Maximo, Remedy, DPAS).
  • Familiarity with Army/DoD logistics support tools and supply chain systems.
  • Knowledge of CDRL preparation and management beyond those cited (A007, A008, A009, A010).
  • Experience supporting base closures or large-scale transitions.
  • Skill in data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Basic understanding of contract close-out procedures.


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Ten (10) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
