Are you ready to take on a hands-on role with great pay and a supportive team? Staffmark is hiring a Truss Builder for a well-established company in Pillager, MN. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, values teamwork, and is eager to learn new skills in a positive, fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.50/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm

What You'll Do:



  • Work as part of a team to build floor and roof trusses according to exact specifications
  • Use hand and power tools, including your own 20 oz hammer and tape measure
  • Follow safety guidelines and ensure quality in every build
  • Perform tasks that require lifting up to 50 lbs
