Pay: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: The requirements for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, with no prior experience necessary. Knowledge of safe forklift operation is critical, as you'll be expected to operate a lift truck without causing damage to equipment or products, and you must pass the forklift training program provided by the company.

Job Duties: As a Concrete Manufacturing Associate, your daily duties will involve transporting racks of green and cured concrete products to and from kilns with the utmost care, following the pace set by the machine operator. You'll operate cubing equipment, start and stop the block machine, assist in inspecting products being made and cubed, and report any malfunctions or quality issues to the machine operator. Familiarity with kiln orders and products is essential, as you'll be responsible for removing cubes from the full cube conveyor or from inside the kiln. Close collaboration with the machine operator is key, as you'll help change molds and take direction on tasks that need to be completed.
