The Specialist will track projects payment progress and apply the information to review, mark up, send for legal review and provide lien waivers requested or needed. They will assist in onboarding new customer accounts. Responsibilities
Education & Experience Required: High School Preferred: Associate's degree in accounting or related field. Good organizational and communication skills; both oral and written. Ability to interact with people under demanding circumstances. Ability to read, write and understand work instructions. Ability to communicate effectively and work as a team member. Ability to take supervision. Working knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Possesses basic math skills. Ability to work with a customer service mindset.
