Line Maintenance Supervisor overview: Manage, direct, and supervise all maintenance, including the direct supervision of Line Mx vendor(s), OAL, and seasonal maintenance personnel, at outstations. Prepare reports concerning pertinent aspects of the aircraft maintenance operation to optimize safety, compliance, performance, and financial efficiency. Conduct all maintenance and related tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state, and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards and internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines. Compensation: $90,000.00 USD. This is the base compensation hiring range for this role Classification: Full-time, Exempt Working Location: This position is open in Fort Myers, FL Supervisory Responsibility: No direct reports Work Environment: A combination of office and maintenance operational environments Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job in a safe manner. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
