In this role, you will effectively manage projects and customer support for fast-paced, exciting pharmaceutical accounts. You will be working with smart, engaged customers who appreciate attention to detail, collaboration, and quick thinking. You will:

• Oversee team on execution of branded communications including data publicity and regulatory communications, developing brand media strategy and plans, managing development of all messaging and traditional and social/digital media materials
• Mentor and manage members of the team, ensuring they are set up for success and are building capacity and confidence in managing their projects
• Serve as strategic counselor and resource who can build customer trust and confidence
• Be a good financial steward of global and US accounts; tracking and reporting account finances

Essential Requirements:

• 5-7 years' experience in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or a related field
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun and supportive) environment

Desired Requirements:

• Agency experience
• Customer relations expertise and familiarity with branded pharmaceutical product and large-scale campaigns
• Ability to juggle/prioritize multiple priorities

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130Kto $140K The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
