Who We Are Looking For
Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Intelligence Manager, the EIS Intelligence Analyst will lead the intelligence production of the client's threat analysis and person/points of interest. The analyst will identify high-level security threats and trends and produce actionable intelligence for the client's threat management and global security program. The analyst will be embedded at the client's headquarters in Seattle and will be available to travel to client locations on occasion.

What You Will Work On



  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize high-level security threats and trends associated with persons or points of interest using Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), surveillance systems, and databases.
  • Produce succinct written and oral assessments that include beneficial analysts.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies such as BOLOs to proactively support security measures and responses.
  • Deliver oral and written intelligence and programmatic briefings to members of the client's security team, business leadership teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Use security intelligence platform(s) to monitor POI and social media, and own and implement process improvements in the platform.
  • Triage various client requests and ensure that the requesters get the information and services they require in a timely manner.
  • Understand the client's footprint and interests to anticipate client needs.
  • Work with security team members and other stakeholders effectively and efficiently.
  • Support and develop client solutions, processes, and protocols.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the client's proprietary program functions.
  • Proactively leverage existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capabilities, and data.
  • Lead in producing specific briefings, presentations, communication documents, or policies.
  • Maintain client metrics and produce regular reports.
  • Suggest potential improvements to the program and SOPs to the EIS Manager.
  • Frequently liaise with the client to better understand their requirements and concerns.
  • Be consistently engaged daily with teammates, support training, and mentor junior analysts.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the dedicated client program.



What You Will Bring



  • Bachelor's degree preferred


  • 2 to 5 years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response and management, or a related field required


  • Excellent research, writing, and verbal briefing skills
  • Excellent analytic skills, including familiarity with analytic techniques. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision
  • Ability to adhere to timelines and deadlines with effective time management skills
  • Establishing and maintaining positive professional rapport with other analysts and SME as well as client contacts
  • Threat assessment and management skills preferred
  • Foreign language and travel experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
