WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh is seeking a Public Relations Manager to lead proactive and responsive communications for statewide roadway projects. This role will shape external narratives, coordinate with media and internal teams, and support high-impact messaging on transportation initiatives. This position is a contingent hire, meaning it is contingent on Fors Marsh winning an upcoming proposal. Internal Career Map: PR + Engagement Manager I Location: On-site in Raleigh, NC. Salary: $70,000-$75,000 Position Status: CONTINGENT - This position is a contingent hire, meaning it is contingent on Fors Marsh winning an upcoming proposal.
