WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for a transportation-focused client. This role blends creative and data-driven thinking to connect with customers and drive adoption of client programs.

This position is a contingent hire, meaning it is contingent on Fors Marsh winning an upcoming proposal. The interview process will be the same as our standard process, the offer letter (should we decide to move forward) will serve as a letter of commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing strategies for client campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign execution across digital, print, broadcast, and social channels.
• Work closely with the client Deputy Director of Marketing and Creative.
• Lead creative concepting, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Manage day-to-day collaboration with creative teams and media buyers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of marketing experience, with preference for transportation or public services.
• Strong project management, creative development, and performance tracking expertise.
• Experience managing cross-channel campaigns and vendor coordination.
• Must be based in the Raleigh-Durham area and available to work on-site at the client's headquarters.

Internal Career Map: Senior Account Executive

Location: On-site in Raleigh, NC.

Salary: $70,000-$75,000
