The Enterprise Applications Administrator is responsible for configuration, maintenance and support of our Corporate Application Portfolio. As an Enterprise Applications Systems Administrator, you will also be in on the ground floor of managing, designing, developing, and implementing solutions to address complex business issues. Within our application portfolio, you will also support, and implement solutions for integrating applications by requirement gathering, problem resolution, and providing recommendations to customers. Competitive Salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year depending on experience

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert Tier III support for third-party and custom applications, ensuring seamless operations.
- Utilize server administration knowledge to manage interactions with third-party applications.
- Perform system recovery processes to restore full functionality when necessary.
- Implement application patches, enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
- Automate repetitive functions using scripting and SQL queries to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze and recommend design changes to improve business processes.
- Perform application setup, design, user maintenance, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve application issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Document processes, procedures, best practices, and develop training materials to support a 'train-the-trainer' philosophy.
- Act as the primary liaison with product technical and customer support teams.
A Typical Day:
- Review overnight logs and Kibana dashboards, resolving any errors.
- Respond to and resolve Service Desk tickets from end users.
- Author SQL or PowerShell scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Coordinate end-user testing of application patches, enhancements, upgrades, or new releases.
- Prepare change management documentation in Azure DevOps and provide testing results for production deployment approval.
- Troubleshoot recurring issues in ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Great Plains).
- Review and test the latest image and patch updates for PeopleSoft.
- Follow up with the AP team on new query requirements.
- Facilitate requirement grooming sessions with Fixed Assets for quarterly and yearly asset counts.
- Troubleshoot remote access issues reported by third-party vendors and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
- Manage and maintain Fresh Service queues, triaging incoming tickets.
- Attend review sessions for IT maintenance weekend tasks.
- Draft knowledge base documents for end users and IT staff.
