Position Overview

The Registrar will serve as a key liaison between the Government, customers, program personnel, stakeholders, program management, and senior technical staff. This role is responsible for gathering and managing information to develop and maintain training schedules and class enrollments for Platform Training courses. The Registrar ensures the efficient administration of all training programs, focusing on quota management, course scheduling, student records, and documentation. Key responsibilities include coordinating courses and classroom scheduling, managing registration, maintaining information systems, enforcing academic policies, safeguarding academic and student records, and generating reports.



Responsibilities

    Develop and manage class schedules.
  • Enroll personnel in scheduled training sessions and events as required.
  • Distribute student-related communications and course schedules to relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate training policies to Government-appointed POCs, customers, and program personnel.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all student-related matters.
  • Monitor schedules, track performance, identify potential issues, and support the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a training course calendar for event planning purposes.
  • Manage student records, ensuring accuracy and updates.
  • Create, revise, and maintain the Registrar "dashboard" to provide weekly, monthly, and annual overviews of class and student status.


Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or an Engineering discipline preferred (relevant work experience may substitute for a degree).
  • 8+ years of related experience working on government DoD programs.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification (or other DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification) required or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
  • Extensive experience working in an Agile environment utilizing Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven expertise in developing and maintaining schedules and status reports using Jira and Confluence, including linking schedules to Sprints and automating graphical reports.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to create training event schedules and integrate them into a master schedule.
  • Capability to generate courses of action and demonstrate their effectiveness in mitigating issues.
  • Skilled in developing graphical representations of training event schedule status.
  • Experience in preparing professional briefings suitable for high-level military and Government personnel.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and training skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Preferred Experience/Qualifications

Experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)



Special Requirements/Security Clearance

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with a TS/SCI security clearance. Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.

Salary Range

Based on the roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is: $115,000 - $135,000.

The annual base salary provided is a guideline for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. When extending an offer, CESI also considers other variables such as (but not limited to) work experience, education, training, skill set, internal peer equity, clearance level, and market conditions. In addition, CESI provides an extensive selection of benefits and offerings to our employees.
