This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA (3 days onsite).

We are seeking a detail-oriented Localization Producer to support the production of localized featured content across digital platforms. This role ensures editorial copy and artwork are localized accurately and efficiently, aligning with global brand standards and meeting audience expectations.

The Localization Producer will collaborate closely with vendors, editorial teams, business stakeholders, and other producers to ensure localization projects remain on track and uphold quality standards across all platforms and markets.

- 3+ years of experience in localization and/or project management

- Passion for global content localization with a strong foundation in cross-cultural project management and editorial production

- Proficient in project management tools and systems, with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage data across multiple platforms

- Familiar with digital streaming platforms and localization best practices

- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders at various levels

- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities, workflows, and technologies

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

- Native-level proficiency in at least one language in addition to English preferred

- Experience with workflow automation tools a plus

- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools

- Background in localization, content production, or project management

- Experience in digital content platforms or streaming services is a plus

In this role, you will oversee the production of localized editorial copy and artwork, ensuring content is relevant to local audiences and consistent with brand standards.

You'll partner with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage project timelines, input localized data into internal systems, and ensure seamless QA and troubleshooting of content across global platforms. This includes working closely with internal systems, editorial teams, and quality assurance processes.

You will also support the ongoing improvement of localization workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while supporting the team's overall success and global content quality.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $50-$54.70 per hour
