Duties & Responsibilities Manage, creating or auditing complex invoices, contracts, projects in the IT system of record. Researches account inquiries utilizing exceptional problem solving skills. Responsible for complex adjustments to accounts, projects, contracts, terms, etc., including creating specific instructions for junior team members. Responds to and resolves customer billing questions through research, interdepartmental communications, and analysis. Take leadership and ownership of projects and implementing new processes Help improve processes and efficiencies. Ensure all process documentation is updated and maintained by junior employees. Lead, train and inspire other members of the team. Generate complex monthly and quarterly reports as needed/assigned. Assist with research and ensure entitlements are setup correctly for support. Audit upgrade mappings and contract setup. Understanding the representation of business process in supporting IT systems and system integrations. Representing a group of employees in a team leader function. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must have advanced skills in MS Excel and ERP / data mgmt systems. Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills Proven track record for improving process efficiencies Must be professional, have great attendance, be punctual, and a positive attitude Quick learning ability Strong task and time mgmt skills Complex problem solving and analytical skills Demonstrates strong leadership skills Qualifications 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge High School Diploma or Associate degree or a related field of study preferred About Epicor At Epicor, we're truly a team.
