About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to take our sales processes to the next level. In this high-impact role, you'll be the driving force behind key initiatives that optimize efficiency, fuel revenue growth, and ensure alignment with company-wide objectives. Leveraging advanced analytics and cutting-edge technology integrations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales operations-all while making a tangible difference in how we scale and succeed. This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and shape long-term sales operations strategy to support revenue growth and business objectives.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to uncover untapped revenue opportunities, including new market segments and upsell potential.
  • Lead the integration of complex tech stacks, ensuring seamless operation of tools such as CRM, BI, and forecasting platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales-related processes, including customer retention and renewal strategies.
  • Deliver high-impact, data-driven presentations to executives, providing actionable recommendations to enhance business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales operations, strategy development, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge of sales technology stacks, including CRM, BI, and forecasting tools.
  • Exceptional ability to lead complex integrations and process optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience advising executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results as an individual contributor.

Compensation

  • Salary: $180,000
