Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Job Duties

• Powder paint parts in conformance with specifications and meet daily required production assignments.
• Operate and maintain powder paint equipment within the company's safety standards.
• Arrive at work punctually and be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Understand the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by working with the department supervisor.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Work safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated. Follow company safety procedures.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with other individuals in the department.
• Accurately maintain MES system as instructed.
• Complete the task independently from the job list.
• Follow and execute ISO Quality system procedures, including instructions on job travelers and control plan per ISO procedures.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Physical- capable of lifting 50 lbs. safely or with assistance. The capability of standing and bending over for long periods while performing manual labor with or without reasonable aid. Capable of continuous arm motion while holding a paint gun.
• Working Hours - full-time
• Personal Traits-Good communication skills with a positive teamwork attitude. Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow directions and/or work independently, multitask, and troubleshoot.
• Punctuality and safe work habits.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to differentiate between materials.
• Possess basic math and reading skills.

Education and Experience

• Some experience in a similar function or education instead of experience
