We're seeking motivated individuals to fill Extruder Operator roles in a positive, growth-focused environment. Enjoy reliable full-time work with shifts designed to support work-life balance.

Pay/Shift Details:



  • Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then reverse), 12-hour shifts:
  • Day Shift (1st): 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, $16/hr
  • Night Shift (3rd): 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM, $17/hr



What You'll Do:

This is an entry-level role with paid training! As an Extruder Operator, your responsibilities will include:



  • Operating machines to remove non-plastic debris
  • Skimming water tanks and monitoring recycling processes
  • Weighing, packaging, and storing finished materials
  • Completing required production paperwork


Previous forklift or factory experience is helpful, but not required.

Job Requirements:



  • Ability to stand for the full 12-hour shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
