Primary Accountabilities

• Takes ownership of initiative analysis and delivers that information company-wide to provide transparency into digital performance.
• Manages and operates a wide variety of analytical programs.
• Leads the improvement and automation of all digital analytics programs through various platforms.
• Supports and executes the analytical needs throughout the enterprise.
• Processes, manipulates, and investigates large and complex datasets.
• Explores data to identify new attributes and determine best approach to address business issues.
• Develops tools or dashboards to monitor and evaluate performance.
• May be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
• Understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Excel to build complex formulas and create reports
• Understanding of software tools to query and report data
