We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Software Test Engineer I to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium and C# to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with C#.
  • Implement and enhance test automation frameworks to support scalable and maintainable test suites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
  • Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects using our agile project management tool, Rally
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Maintain documentation related to test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in C# programming language and experience with Selenium WebDriver.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or RestSharp.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks.

USD 65,500.00 - 98,300.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:
