Job Overview:

The Maintenance Coordinator will help supervise and coordinate daily job assignments. Will track and schedule required PMs to the tradesman. Order parts as requested by writing requisitions in Jaggers or P-Card. Work with OEM and contractors for service to ensure minimal down time and best machine availability.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate & delegate work to tradesman. This will require answering some calls and texts after hours

  • Order and write requisitions for parts and items to sustain machines or facilities as requested

  • Responsible for PM coordination through FT maintenance and completion by delegating to tradesman

  • Collaborate closely with management, engineering, operations, EHS and finance on maintenance projects

  • Track and monitor all pool vehicles such as repairs, plates, mileage, etc

  • Printout and have tradesman complete all safety training as requested by EHS department



Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • 2+ years of related experience

  • Experience ordering parts

  • Experience with employee supervision

  • Self-driven with minimal supervision needed

  • MS Windows & computer operation

  • Clear and concise communicator (both oral and written)

  • Excellent collaboration skills

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Proven time management, organizational, problem solving, and prioritization skills to successfully complete responsibilities in a timely manner

  • Ability to resolve conflict, to apply critical thinking to solve problems and to escalate when needed

  • Highly organized with ability to work independently as well as part of a team



Preferred:


  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs

  • Knowledge of Mechanical and/or electrical components/CNC maintenance industry

  • Knowledge of CNC machines and maintenance, purchasing and working with suppliers

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with management and employees

  • Ability to drive change, efficiency and standardization of the maintenance department processes

  • Demonstrate the ability to work closely and build strong, productive relationships with all levels of work colleagues

  • Possess excellent organization and time management skills to be able to handle several assignments at one time

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Jaggers and FT Maintenance (software)
