Are you a detail-oriented individual who enjoys both hands-on tasks and computer-based work? We're looking for a reliable and motivated Final Inspection and Shipping Associate to be the last line of defense for our client's products before they reach customers. If you take pride in accuracy, quality, and teamwork, this role is a perfect fit for you! Pay: $17.25/hr. (could be more based on experience) Schedule: Typical hours are 6am - 2pm, currently working 9-hour shifts 6am - 3pm and once 6-hour shift per month on Saturday. Key Responsibilities: Perform final inspections and package outgoing orders with precision Use UPS Worldship and FedEx shipping systems to process shipments Operate a forklift (certification preferred, but we'll train the right person) Utilize hardness testers and audit shop routers for accuracy Interpret customer specifications to ensure order compliance Transfer and manage detailed documentation with accuracy Work closely with a small, collaborative team of 4 Ask questions, retain training, and adapt to changing priorities Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50lbs multiple times a day Strong computer skills-this is a computer-heavy role Forklift experience High attention to detail and a commitment to quality A proactive learner comfortable with ambiguity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous shipping or inspection experience is a plus We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k options, weekly pay, referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, unmatched professional development, and more!
