CNC Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $18 - $22/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Must be available for overtime and occasional weekends

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery using mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Work on CNC lathes, grinding mills, kilns, compressors, elevators, and more
• Set up and relocate machinery at job sites following blueprints and manufacturer guidelines
• Install and maintain motors, drive systems, belts, gears, and transmissions
• Perform basic pipefitting and plumbing tasks, including thread cutting
• Safely operate tools and equipment such as welders, pneumatic tools, forklifts, cranes, and hoists
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in machine shop maintenance
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical manuals
• Solid understanding of equipment operations and maintenance procedures
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing hands-on work throughout the day
