Staffmark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead and elevate the technology operations of our partner company in Jonesboro, AR. If you're a strategic thinker

Salary: $90,000/year

Schedule: 1st Shift | Full Time

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Lead and mentor a small IT team and collaborate with customer support staff
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's network infrastructure, cloud systems, and enterprise software applications (including SAP)
  • Ensure cybersecurity compliance and implement protocols to protect system integrity and data security
  • Direct IT projects, manage software contracts, oversee hardware procurement, and maintain department budgets
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders to align IT efforts with business goals



What We're Looking For:



  • 5+ years of IT leadership experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Intune, Office 365, cloud systems, Cisco, Meraki
  • ERP experience: SAP, Oracle
  • Familiar with platforms: Five9, Zendesk, Salesforce, DUO, VPN
  • Skilled in managing hardware (PCs, Macs, Cisco gear, Zebra scanners)
  • Experience with facility tech: access control, cameras, printers
