Staffmark is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join a top manufacturing facility in Lima, OH
as Warehouse Packers. If you're looking for hands-on work, stable pay, and a chance to grow with a supportive team-this is your opportunity.

Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Rotating shifts - Flexibility required (Exact schedule details will be provided during the hiring process)

What You'll Do:



  • Pack plastic products at the end of the production line
  • Inspect finished products for quality issues or defects
  • Stand for the entire shift and perform physical tasks, including bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Assist with inspecting and sorting cartons of products from other facilities
  • Work with guidance from an on-site Quality Manager to identify and document product defects
  • Accurately complete inspection paperwork and meet daily sorting productivity goals



This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where efficiency and attention to detail are key!
