Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Night Shift, 5:50 PM - 6:00 AM, 4/3 work schedule (4 days on, 3 days off)

Training Schedule: Day shift training required during onboarding (3-6 months)

What You'll Be Doing:

In this hands-on position, you'll perform general maintenance and troubleshooting across automated machinery, electrical systems, piping, and mechanical equipment. If you're skilled in diagnostics and enjoy solving mechanical issues, this role is a perfect fit. You'll be responsible for welding, cutting, and ensuring predictive maintenance is up-to-date to avoid costly breakdowns.

Responsibilities:



  • Conduct equipment diagnostics and repairs
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Handle tasks such as welding, pipefitting, carpentry, and machinery leveling
  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling
  • Document maintenance tasks, adhere to production and safety standards, and maintain team communication
  • Learn and operate company systems, including touchscreens and Outlook

What We're Looking For:



  • At least 1 year of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with an eye for detail
  • Familiarity with safety standards and use of power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Excellent communication skills and reliable attendance
