GENERAL PURPOSE The Executive Assistant will provide first class support to the leadership of Holly Hunt. This person will provide high-level administrative support, office manager duties, and project management assistance in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a professional who has strong judgement, is well-organized, efficient, adaptable, and has a strong work ethic. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Heavy calendar management with independent decision planning based on priorities, which require forward-thinking & strategizing. Plan and coordinate internal meeting logistics, audio & video (Microsoft Teams) conferences, meeting rooms, catering, and guest arrival arrangements. Create agendas and PowerPoints for meetings and assist with creating, preparing and proofreading meeting materials. Coordinate and organize logistics for external functions such as conferences, receptions, and dinners. Handle all travel details including flight, hotel, and rental car with detailed itineraries. Submit and ensure payment of leadership business expense reports in a timely manner. Compose and format confidential and time-sensitive documents, reports, and presentation materials and act as a curator of corporate documents and records. Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence, acting as a "Gatekeeper" for the President and act as a direct liaison with vendors, customers, and/or partners. Manage the Office Administrator in day-to-day tasks to keep the office running efficiently at high standards. Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and space planning needs of office. Manage office budget. Conduct research and gather information to help answer questions and solve problems. Build and maintain relationships with team members. Works with highly confidential and proprietary information with the utmost professionalism. Assist with special projects as directed by President, which could include research, analysis, and collaboration on work related issues. Business travel up to 10% of time may be required. Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
