Monroe Energy and MIPC, LLC. are offering a chance for an 8-week summer hire work program. Work will include various duties associated with the different functions within the Refinery, including IT, Warehouse, People and Organization, Finance, Communications, Capital Projects, Maintenance Support, Safety, the Health support team, and the EMT/Firehouse team.

Work will vary based on the needs of the management.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn our industry, while contributing to our day-to-day needs.

Must be a dependent or under legal guardianship of a current Monroe Energy employee.

Must be at least 18 yrs old.

Must be currently working on an undergraduate degree and have completed at least 18 semester college credits, or enrolled/accepted in a graduate degree program.

A US Citizen or US Person.

Have a GPA of 2.5 or higher (not applicable for positions located at the MIPC facility)
