What to expect from the 2026 Nestle Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP): Are you ready to kickstart your career with a leading global company? We are looking for ambitious individuals seeking real-world experience and a fast track to leadership in Supply Chain! Nestle USA's Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) offers an exciting 2-year rotational program that gives individuals the opportunity to develop and gain experience through three rotations in different parts of the Nestle Supply Chain Organization. Roles in Nestle USA Supply Chain span end-to-end across the value chain, from supplier sourcing through production and delivery to our customer. We offer our employees the opportunity to work across multiple businesses, factories and 2,000 products. Join us on a journey of personal and professional growth that will set you on the path to success! 1ST ROTATION: Apprx. 6 Months (Supply Chain Foundations):
During the first 6 months of the program, you'll learn the foundations of Supply Chain and build knowledge/skills through immersive experiences and cross-functional collaboration. With the full support of executive leadership, SCDPs interact with various Supply Chain sub-functions and participate in the following:
Gain Comprehensive E2E Understanding: Dive deep into various Supply Chain sub-functions such as the Business Solutions Center, Strategic Network Optimization, Transportation, Deployment, Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Facing, and SC NeXT.
Strategic Roadmap Projects: You will be assigned a strategic roadmap project, providing hands-on experience and a chance to make a significant impact, while enhancing your versatility and problem-solving skills.
2nd ROTATION: Apprx. 6 Months (Supply Chain Sub-Function Immersion):
3rd ROTATION: Apprx. 12 Months (Field Rotation):
Functional Rotations: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Operational Excellence and various functions at Nestle by participating in functional rotations in areas such as SH&E, Quality, Manufacturing Excellence, Engineering/Maintenance, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.
Project Work: Add value to the DC or Factory while honing your project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills through assigned SC-related projects that are tied to top losses and/or major gaps within the site-providing opportunities to make a real impact on the business.
UPON PROGRAM COMPLETION: Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a Supply Chain position across one of our locations in Nestle USA determined by both business needs and your post-program role preferences. Locations:

To be eligible for this program, we require the following qualifications: Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a Supply Chain concentration or related degree (Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems or Agribusiness), completed by June 2026
