Skilled ( >3 experience <15 years) Business Development / Commercial / Marketing Permanent Full - Time What You Can Expect As the Manager of Transaction and Contract Management, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of analysts. Your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy and compliance of commercial contracts while managing the end-to-end process of enrolling new accounts into the utility market and maintaining their ongoing status. This includes supervising the validation of contract details to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal operational standards. You will also play a key role in monitoring account activities, facilitating smooth transitions during enrollment, and resolving any issues related to account maintenance within the competitive utility market. Success in this role requires strong leadership, keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of industry regulations and market dynamics.This position is based in Houston, TX and reports directly to the Transaction Manager. Compensation Salary Range: $131,000 - $183,330 USD annually This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
