Junior (experience < 3 years) Administrative Support / Secretary Internship Part - Time What You Can Expect As our Utility Performance Programming Intern at the University of Iowa campus, you'll leverage real-time and historical data to improve efficiency and reduce costs for campus utilities (steam, electricity, chilled water, water, and sewer). Using PI System software, you'll connect with control systems at campus facilities and real-time metering across roughly 90 buildings, assisting in designing and deploying custom applications integrated with databases, web APIs, and Office 365. You'll collaborate daily with our Utilities Performance Manager, Senior Software Developer, and Energy Analyst, following software engineering best practices. This internship requires 10-15 hours per week during semesters (additional hours during breaks), with flexible scheduling between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm at the Energy Control Center, continuing through December 31, 2025. Compensation Salary Range: $21.50 - $32.00 USD hourly This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
