Salary range: $120,500 - $145,000 (depending on experience).

What You Need to Bring to the Table/

Qualifications:


  • Possess a wealth of 8+ years of surveying experience, with a preference for PLS certification.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Demonstrate a distinguished track record of business development and leadership.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Display exceptional proficiency in engaging with clients and stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Showcase outstanding communication, diplomacy, and listening skills, with a commitment to accessibility and responsiveness.
  • Exhibit proficiency in deciphering and analyzing complex documents and drawings.
  • Demonstrate adeptness in computer operations, technical software, spreadsheets, and other business applications.
  • Embody a driven and goal-oriented mindset.


What You'll Be Doing/
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meticulous quality assessments of all survey documentation, including plans, plots, descriptions, and title reports, while overseeing construction layout services.
  • Provide comprehensive weekly progress and status updates on project deliverables to all stakeholders and management personnel.
  • Lead the execution of surveying activities, including overseeing staff, technical resources, and client interactions across multiple projects.
  • Initiate and implement rigorous quality control measures, safety protocols, and assurance procedures.
  • Articulate the company's Integrated Business Model adeptly in business development dialogues, both written and verbal.
  • Lead and actively engage in business expansion initiatives to cultivate partnerships with new and existing clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and foster enduring relationships.
  • Monitor project budgets diligently, ensuring accountability for project profitability.
  • Prepare and meticulously review project billing reports for timely monthly invoicing, collaborating closely with the accounting department on account receivables.
  • Foster and nurture the company's prominent market presence and leadership.
  • Champion team development initiatives and oversee contract preparation.
  • Strive to surpass client expectations and foster enduring relationships.
  • Demonstrate unwavering accountability for meeting performance metrics and embody the company's brand, values, and culture with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and attire.
