What you'll do: In this role, you will focus on promoting and elevating our offering-primarily our products and services, by combining strategic marketing insight with strong project management and operational execution. You will play a key role in setting and executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives, while also managing incoming requests, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in stakeholder management, and effective at connecting the dots across teams to drive alignment and impact. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for: Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, support functions, MarCom, and our key markets, to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs. Project Management Excellence: Oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring clarity around objectives, scope, and deliverables and managing resource allocation. Review and navigate incoming MarCom requests related to our offering, assess their relevance and priority, and determine appropriate actions. Ensure timely execution and follow-through on agreed initiatives. Marketing Brief Creation: Develop clear and actionable marketing briefs to guide the planning and execution of marketing initiatives related to our offerings. Ensure briefs are aligned with strategic objectives, support cross-functional collaboration, and provide the necessary context for effective execution. Integrated Marketing Strategies & Content Activation: Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on driving awareness, demand, and engagement for our offerings. Collaborate to create and activate content that highlights the value of our products and services, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Customer Insights & Market Analysis: Leverage customer insights and market trends to showcase the relevance and differentiation of our offerings, optimizing strategies and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
